Our
Mission
Catholic
Family Service is committed to living the Social Gospel as contained in Matthew
25:40 " Whenever you did this for one of the least important of these, you did
it for me."
We take our
mandate from the
Diocese of Lubbock to serve people of all faiths
acting always in favor of
the poor while challenging oppression and injustice.
We strive
to empower those we serve and those who help us serve to become all they can
become - brothers and
sisters in the Lord as members of the Body of Christ.

Catholic Family Service, Inc. (CFS) is a 501,C,3 non-profit social service
agency that assists persons regardless of religion, race or gender. CFS
employs a staff of 37, with oversights forma 16 member Board of Directors, and
serves approximately 30,000 clients annually in a 30 county, 27,000 square mile
area of West Texas with a current annual budget of $2 million.
