THE RESALE CENTER

 

HOUR OF OPERATION:

  • Mon. - Sat. except Holidays.

  • 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

  • 24-hour assistance not available

SERVICES PROVIDED:

  • Assistance with Clothing, Household, Furniture, etc. as needed

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Established by (EA) Emergency Assistance

  • Based on basic needs

INTAKE PROCEDURES:

  • Appointments made with Emergency Assistance through main office

  • Walk ins taken on a limited basis

DID YOU KNOW...

  • During the past year over 1000 individuals from over 300 households were assisted with quality clothing from the Resale Center.

  • The Resale Center will pick up the items you donate.

  • Last Year the Resale Center contributed 13.6% of the revenue for CFS.

The Resale Center offers gently used clothing and home furnishings to the community.  For those needing help, CFS's Emergency Assistance Program supplies individuals and families with gift cards for furniture and clothing, which allows our assisted customers to shop with dignity, by being able to make choices about the clothing and furniture they receive.

 

The Resale Center is staffed by 5 full-time employees and it relies heavily on volunteers to keep the store running efficiently.
