REGULAR TRAINED RESALE CENTER VOLUNTEERS

FOR LONGER TIME PERIODS, ALL DAY, OR GROUPS OF 5 OR MORE,

ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED AND APPRECIATED

 

If you would like to volunteer or would like information about volunteering at the Resale Center please call 763-8315.  We accept individuals

  • 15-17 (with parents permission or supervision)

  • 18 yrs of age or older

  • court appointed community service (offenses involving violence of any kind are normally not accepted)

  • student groups

  • clubs

  • fraternities & sororities

  • families

  • groups and individuals representing businesses

  • management approved individual and groups

Duties include any of the following: 
  • Sweeping
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning
  • Sorting
  • Lifting
  • Hanging Clothes
  • Testing small appliances
  • Folding flyers or brochures
  • Handing out flyers or brochures
  • Assisting customers with purchases, etc.
 Volunteer/Service Application will need to be filled out.  Please ask for the Store Manager when you come fill out the application, or come in to do service the first time.
 
Each individual will sign in and sign out.  Any paperwork can be signed each day or after an accumulation of hours.  A letter from the Resale Center can also be provided for hours completed if requested.
